Just got myself a hammock. Found a couple of good sized trees and spent an afternoon swinging. The summer has been hot and too much movement, aside from swimming, causes fatigue. So just thought I would allow nature to tell me what to do, slow down, hang out and relax. I love our summer retreat in the woods. So much peace and wisdom out there. Been listening to Kabat-Zinn remind me to be here now. So I am practising stillness. I recall how easy that was as a child. I could lay on the grass on a hot summer day and watch the clouds without ever feeling like I needed to get to the next thing. So I am trying to take myself back to a state that I once knew instinctively. I'll let you know how it goes...
Thanks for note! We must get together soon. Great shots - glad you are enjoying August Break. I really am too :)

Yes, let us know how it goes!
Maybe in the winter months the very sight of this photo, will bring you back to that carefree state of mind...

Bringing yourself and people back to childhood, simplicity and nature are sure healing methods ... that's one of the reasons you're the best!
